Agents are accredited in their own personal capacity or they may appear on behalf of firms. The Malta Residency Visa Agency accredits agents to facilitate the communication between the applicant and the Agency, to provide traceability, and to ensure personal responsibility for each application, where Know Your Client (KYC) procedures are undertaken in line with standards set by the financial services industry.
